These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CallRescue24 website and Services. By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or Services.

2. The Services

CallRescue24 provides AI-powered virtual receptionist and call-answering services, including a free 48-hour test drive and a free three-week live trial. Trial and test drive terms are subject to change, and participation is at our discretion. We do not guarantee that Sarah will answer every call, and we are not liable for calls, leads, or revenue lost while the Services are not in use.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the following SMS terms:

• You consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS messages from CallRescue24 related to onboarding, scheduling, and service communications.
• Message frequency varies. You may receive several messages per week depending on your interactions with us.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will be unsubscribed and receive a confirmation message.
• For help, reply HELP or email hello@FireTheBeep.com.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You affirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and are at least 18 years of age.

4. Free Trials & Test Drives

Free test drives and trials are provided at no cost for the stated duration and require no credit card. Trial availability, features, and terms may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. After a trial, continued service is subject to a separate paid agreement and applicable fees.

5. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with security features, transmitting viruses or harmful code, or using the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (including “CallRescue24,” “Fire the Beep. Hire Sarah.,” “No Lead Left Behind,” and “Speed Wins”) is the property of CallRescue24 and is protected by applicable laws. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallRescue24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, leads, data, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the website or Services, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CallRescue24 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
